A London-based investment company, British Land owns or manages a property portfolio worth over £20 billion; it's Regent's Place development on the Euston Road, Central London comprises of a distinctive and striking mix of buildings accommodating several blue-chip tenants.
Pedestian Wayfinding and Demarcation
We were asked to implement a seamless sign system within a landscape of modern architecture and street furniture. The creative concepts developed by Saatchi & Saatchi X demanded detailed engineering and manufacturing processes. It was an exacting contract requiring stringent quality control and complex supply management; sourcing numerous components from various specialist suppliers.
