Tower Bridge Exhibition

Surely London's most iconic landmark, Tower Bridge - which opened in 1894 - took 8 years, 5 major contractors and the relentless labour of 432 construction workers to build. Originally painted brown, the bridge structure was repainted red, white and blue in 1977 to celebrate the Queen's Silver Jubilee.

Walkway Frieze and Vista Panels

The exhibition is located within the two high level walkways above the road bridge beneath, offering stunning views west towards the city and east towards the docklands and canary wharf. Whybrow Signing Consultants developed a graphics frieze system - bolted to the heating pipes and vista frieze panels clamped to the structural members of the walkways.
